"Have been with State Farm 50+ years. We were most recently with an agent locally who preferred to delegate return calls to his staff. I’m fine with that for the most part, but when the staff neglects to return calls and follow up on requests, I want to discuss those issues with the agent and that seemed to be an issue. So, I changed agents to stay with SF. Tim has been easy to contact and easy to talk with about policy issues. He is more hands on and that appeals to me."

"Tim McKenzie's State Farm Insurance is probably the best around. They went a long way to explain things out to me in a manner where I was able to thoroughly understand as a layman. The insurance premium was very affordable for me, compared to other insurance firms. I would recommend Tim MaKenzie's State Farm Insurance 100% of the time. "20 stars if I could!! I had such a peaceful and easy experience, Payton seriously deserves a shoutout. I was paying way too much with another insurance company for the bare minimum coverage, and somehow Payton cut my car insurance in half while increasing my coverage, adding life and renters insurance, and boosting all my deductibles by hundreds of thousands. I even got my mom to switch over to State Farm with Payton! I will continue bragging on them I appreciate all of their help."
